Reasonable Bank with decent loan rates

Local Winchester bank with many branches in the regional area. I used the bank to get a car loan and they were very fast and efficient and used minimal paperwork, which is a huge plus. The main negative is that they do not have an online payment option, which I think would be extremely helpful. They have many types of checking/savings accounts and the tellers are helpful and polite.
