This was awful. I went in to get a perm and the first person who worked on my hair didn't do it right so it was basically still straight. After that, I went in the next day and the manager was supposed to fix it. I wanted a loose wavy perm and i came out looking like Carrott Top! It was over processed with very tight curls. I also came out with a big chemical burn on my neck and on my temple. Both times they were very careless. I had to go to another salon to have it fixed and it was a lot cheaper than Bubbles charged me to screw up my hair. I wouldn't recommend having your hair colored or permed here. Also, if there is a problem the first time you go there don't let them try to fix it, just get a refund and go somewhere else!!!!
