Bubbleworks Car Wash

no call back

I went to the car wash on two separet occasions, the first time it took my money and never started I pulled up and back and nothing there was no attendant available or any numbers on the property to call if there was a problem. The second time I paid pulled up and stopped like it said and the water and soap started but the bristles etc wouldn't move it just sat there and sprayed soap and water on the back of my car so again I had to leave and go to another car wash to remove the soap and to clean my car and again no attendant or numbers so. I looked the number up and have been calling it for over a week now and I get the boss will be in tomorrow, well I want to know which tomorrow because I still haven't reached him and I was even told to hang up call back talk on the answering machine and he would return my call... NOT SURE WHAT MONTH OR YEAR HE WILL RETURN IT BUT NOTHING AT THIS POINT. I will take my business else where with no attendant any thing could happen and what will you do at that point.
